These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Zenith Elite Custom Display Cards (cards.zenithelite.org), a division of Zenith Elite. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Custom Products & No Refunds

Every card is produced to your exact specifications — your uploaded photo, chosen background, and personalized text. Because each item is made-to-order and cannot be resold, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is submitted and payment is processed.

2. Proof Approval

The live preview shown in the designer reflects exactly what will be printed. It is your responsibility to review your photo placement, spelling, and all text fields before submitting payment. Zenith Elite is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted text or photos that were approved at checkout.

3. Photo Rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. Zenith Elite reserves the right to decline any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized content.

4. Production & Shipping

Orders are typically produced and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout or in your confirmation email. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Zenith Elite is not liable for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your card arrives damaged or defective due to a printing or production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will evaluate a reprint at no additional cost. This is the sole remedy for production defects; it does not apply to buyer's-remorse cancellations or errors in customer-submitted content.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout via Square. Your card is charged in full at the time of order.
